1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website operated by Meridian Coaching & Consulting Ltd (the "Site"), or by engaging any of our coaching, consulting, or training services (the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any provision, please discontinue use of the Site and Services immediately.

4. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as reasonably required.
• Attend scheduled sessions and honour agreed timelines.
• Treat our coaches, consultants, and staff with professionalism and respect.
• Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect the engagement.

5. Fees and Payment Terms

• All fees are denominated in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement or invoice, typically due within 14 days of invoice date.
• Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% above the Bank of England base rate.
• We reserve the right to suspend Services in the event of non-payment.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellations

• Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' written notice at no additional charge.
• Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 48 hours' notice will be forfeited and charged at the full rate.
• Programme enrolments cancelled 21 or more days before the start date will receive a full refund minus a 15% administration charge.
• Cancellations within 21 days of the programme start date are non-refundable, though places may be transferred to a colleague.

7. Confidentiality

All information exchanged during coaching and consulting engagements is treated as strictly confidential. Neither party shall disclose confidential information without prior written consent, except where required by law. Our practitioners abide by the ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, methodologies, written content, graphics, and other intellectual property appearing on this Site or provided during our engagements belong to Meridian Coaching & Consulting Ltd unless otherwise attributed. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any of our intellectual property without express written permission.

9. Scope and Limitations of Our Services

Coaching and consulting are professional development services and are not a substitute for therapy, counselling, psychiatric treatment, or medical advice. While we aim to support meaningful professional growth, we do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or performance improvements. Individual results vary depending on commitment, context, and personal circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian Coaching & Consulting Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our Site or Services.
• Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
